Could you be more specific as to what "KA keeps cutting me off" means?  Do you have a video on pause while calculating and it suddenly starts again?  Are you signed in on your phone while thinking about how to phrase a Question, and KA logs you out?  Are you working on a Unit Test and a screen appears telling you you ran out of time?

I use KA on my laptop computer and I don't remember ever getting "cut off".

Yes, Unit Tests and Quizzes on Khan Academy have time limits.  

I'm trying to understand your situation, so I have some questions:
A) Is Khan Academy your only math curriculum, or do you have a different main math curriculum?
B) Do you have a teacher?  Are you enrolled in a school or are you homeschooled?

C) Which course (or courses) are you having this problem in?

D) Have you already worked through the unit and understood all the material? Watching & understanding the videos, Reading & understanding the articles, Understanding and getting 100% on the exercises, Understanding & getting 100% on the quizzes?
E) Do you often need more time than the typical student even after mastering the material?
