I am not having any issues with the RGB color picker.  If you are still having a problem, you may want to open a ticket with the Help Center.

I've noticed these problems too, but in PJS.

To what I figured out, it's not KA or the environment, but the laptop or PC. I don't know for sure, but my laptop's internet spazzes since it's a school one, and when it does I start to notice some editor things change, such as the color picker.

Khan Academy Should give A quick Response To users.

The KA rgb feature only works on khanacademy.org.

And users should not advertise other sites in their questions.

I think it is because of the font on your computer.I had the same problem,then I changed the font to default (with help from the Khan Team) and it fixed everything.
