I just took a quiz in 2nd grade geometry which showed 4 shapes and I was to identify the trapezoids. There were 2 easily identfiable trapezoids and then there was a parallellogram, which is also by definition a trapezoid. I identified all 3 and got an error which necessitated that I remove the paralellogram.

If you believe there is an error in an exercise, there should be a "Report a problem" link directly on the page for you to report the content error (shown here). This allows the content team to review the problem quickly but reporting it directly on the exercise that it was on.

Allison (tAG54) for future reference, the mobile device app versions of Khan Academy do not have the Report a problem link on the exercise pages. The iPad version had this until April 2018, and it has never been restored. Perhaps in the future, you may want to word this advice something like, "If you are using the web version of Khan Academy...", and then add the suggestion to come to this Support Community to report the issue if the person is using a mobile app version.
