I tried to submit a support ticket, but I recently changed my email, and when I click on the link to verify it I am taken to a blank page and my email is, sadly, unverified.

I can include the information from the support ticket here, if you like.

You should be able to submit a ticket without being logged in to your account—you'd just have to include an email address that they could contact you by. 

If that doesn't work for you, go ahead and post the information you put on the support ticket (minus any personal details or sensitive information, as this is a public forum), and I'll see if I can find out what might be going on.

If you haven't already, make sure you are using an up-to-date supported browser, and try clearing your cookies and cache from your browser. This may help to clear up website issues.

I'm not using a supported browser, so it's probably its fault, but what I want to know is why it worked just fine up until a week ago. (I am unable to switch browsers yet.)

To clarify, the support site is hosted on a different platform than the Khan Academy site -- this is why you're able to access the Help Center even if you're unable to see the Khan site.

That said, I can see that you submitted a few help tickets. Our team responded but it seems that you haven't replied to our emails yet, so could you please check your spam and trash folders?

It's also possible that our emails are being blocked by the email domain. Because of that, if you're still experiencing issues, could you please submit a help ticket using a different email address?

If that's not possible, let me know and we'll continue to investigate the issue through here. :)

Thank you very much, but changing a browser worked. I now use Google Chrome. I'm sorry for wasting your time. It took a while to convince my dad to download another browser, and I figured you would want to know sooner than later.
