If you are able to post Questions, Answers, or Comments, you are not banned.
On some videos and articles the Report a Mistake function does not work (I reported one of those myself).

You may need to "Report a Problem" (link in the upper right, above) and let them know which specific course, unit, lesson, and video/article the problem is in.

I recommend making a screen shot showing that you cannot see the report, then using Report a Problem to let support staff know.  This is an issue that I have also had.

I don’t know how to make a screen shot! So, I can’t (not now).

In the future, if you need to get the attention of Khan Academy staff, I recommend "Report a Problem"; as far as I can tell, the Support Community posts are checked irregularly if at all by KA staff.
