ok i was on vacation and came home to find that my level progress was gone!

and i am in my account i was on level 16 now I'm on level 1 i don't know how to fix it but i am very angry i worked hard for my level and to be put back where i started is wrong the people who made this app needs to fix it cause it ain't fair to the people that donate money and help out to have to deal with this. So i am hoping someone can fix this cause i need my level back at 16 now!
