Janice, the problem is pretty detectable.  You just need a top answer with either a badge or comment (or both) and a "Show more..." button, and then follow the steps of my post.  Also, I don't know if you know this, but I recently noticed that if you scroll to the banner and click your name, there should be a button with "My Activities".  Then a page called "Requests" show up with a button called "Requests I'm CC'd on", so I guess it is possible to link requests.  I don't know how to link you though, so I just said in the support request for you to be added.

I've been having the problem you describe later in your post, where sometimes the Comments disappear.  It is intermittent, though, so when I tried to get a screenshot of it yesterday, it did not recur.  (I was not looking for you to help me with how to re-create it.)

If I document that it happens to me too, KA staff will have more information about it, especially if you interface with KA differently than I do (I use a Windows laptop with Chrome web browser).  It will be most helpful if they link our Problem reports together; I guess I will include a link to this thread (assuming I ever get a screenshot of it happening).
