I am afraid we currently do not provide an erase all feature on the scratchpad. Nonetheless, I've passed this feedback along to the appropriate team so they can review not only this section but any other sections that might need a boost.

As we grow and expand, we’re continuing to improve our interface to offer a better education experience at Khan Academy. Investing more heavily in our user experience is actually one of our major initiatives.
