I have heard several claims that interviewing programmers for newspapers on the Computer Programming platform has been banned. Is this true? I have looked it up in the support center, and have heard nothing on the topic (that I know of).

The Guidelines state nothing on this, yet people are insisting that it is not allowed. Is this like an "unwritten rule"?

The Guidelines are so unclear, it is hard to know what is allowed and what's not these days.
