You should be able to view your daughter's progress by clicking on her name from your Parent Dashboard. Please note that recent activity may take about 10 minutes to show up on her Progress page.

Here is an article further explaining how you can utilize your Parent Dashboard.

If that still doesn't work, then I would recommend that you submit a support ticket.
