I used to print the CSV cards for my students to login (they are second graders and forgot their info often). I made a mistake and I must have clck on the wrong key because now I can't print the cards. I get the information on an Excel spreadsheet. Does anyone knows how to go back and change it to the original format? PLEASE HELP!!!

I believe you were able to talk this over with a support agent, am I right? In any case, I will provide a basic understanding of the topic for you and whoever may be interested in this issue as well.
When you create a class of students with usernames + passwords, you’ll receive a recommendation to download a CSV spreadsheet of your students’ usernames and passwords. This document format is the excel spreadsheet.
As explained in the window, this is a one-time occurrence for privacy reasons, so we strongly recommend not skipping this step.
If you skipped this step or if you no longer have the CSV file, your best option is to reset the students' passwords directly from your class page if they’re under 13 years old. For more details, please refer to our article How can I adjust a student's settings, such as their username or password?
If your students are 13+ years old, please send in a list of their account usernames/emails (no password needed!) and I'll be happy to trigger a password reset link for the accounts on my end.
