If you go to your current dashboard - this should be your parent dashboard, correct? - you can click on your name in the top right corner.  Select 'Settings' and you will be brought to the settings page.  Scroll down until you find the 'Roles' section and there you will be able to change your account to a teacher/coach.

Hello everyone not sure if this is the correct one to post my question in but i am brand new to Khan Academy and am overwhelmed. I have all profiles set up for my kids but as i started with my first it prompted me and i was able to choose all courses and build a board where everything is which is amazing! but i cant figure out how to do it for my others it has not prompted me like my other sons did and i am floundering. Can anyone help me get there courses chosen and on the board? Also how do i get teachers and get into classrooms? Any help would be so greatly appreciated i am trying to figure out how to follow people and build a parent/teacher environment for myself as well so i have support and help which i think we all need lol. I started homeschooling before Caronavirus and had a good thing going with ABC mouse etc but once i learned about Khan Academy i was blown away so i am very happy to be here!

I'm going to respond to your questions in different chunks - hopefully I'll be able to help you resolve all of your problems :)

First, let's get courses for your other sons!  When you were prompted to select courses for your first child, was this on your own account as a parent?  If you create a new account and log into that account, the first thing that should pop up is a box that allows you to select different courses for that account.  If you log into your sons' accounts and that doesn't happen, there should also be an option to edit their courses towards the right side of the screen - just underneath where their badge counts are displayed.  You can select this and choose whatever courses you would like!

Adding your children to a class requires a class code.  Towards the left side of their dashboard will be a list of options - the top portion will be under 'My Stuff', the bottom portion will be 'My Account'.  The very bottom option should say 'Teachers'.  There, you will be able to enter a class code - which the teacher should provide.

Hello guys! I'm an older sibling in Khan academy, unfortunately my sister, she was gonna log on and she somehow pressed the button "Im a teacher". We have been trying to figure out how to change it back to student. If anybody can help that would be awesome!

You can change this from her account settings page: https://www.khanacademy.org/settings/account

Under the Roles section, uncheck the box next to Teacher/Coach and then click Save changes. This will remove the teacher functionality from her account.
