Hi Jenice!

While watching the video on Khan Academy there is normally a transcript of the video with it. You can access this in different ways depending on how you are watching the video. If you are watching it with the assignments listed on the left hand column, you can scroll down below the video and you see a tab in black named "Transcript". Click on that and you can view a script of what the instructor says and the time it is said.(* If you are viewing the video where it is just in the middle of the screen and you have the blue "Next video" option on the bottom left, then you access the transcript by clicking the blue words "Go to lesson page". There you will follow the process I explained above.)

Also, sometimes the lesson pages right after the videos on the list may cover some of the same content as the videos preceding them.

In addition to what Cassidy said there are also articles on some topics. I know you asked for transcripts but you may want to look into that or suggest it to the parent if you think it is applicable.
