Hello,

I sent the following message to inquire about creating a link for Khan Academy on Schoology.

I hope this finds you doing well. Before the Covid-19 crisis, I set up my 4th grade students to use Khan Academy and the mappers component. Our district is using the platform of Schoology. I wanted to create a link for my students to access Khan Academy so that everything is conveniently there in one place. Do I need to request usage on this platform if it's just for a single classroom, not the entire district? When I copy the URL and then try to access the site via the link, I receive an error that Khan Academy is not allowing connection. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
I am grateful to all that you're doing to make children successful in their academics.

Thank you for taking the time to write in about this. I am afraid that we do not provide an integration with Schoology.

Does anyone else have an issue with this? Technology is not easy for most of my students and parents. I'm not quite sure why Khan Academy would block this, especially during a time that our students need us the most. What is the concern about this? Is there anyone that can explain this to me other than what the business perspective is? I

It's odd because there is a khan academy app on schoology that seems to allow access to the videos, but not the problem sets. I wish that there was better integration. I use too many different platforms and need to constantly switch back and forth. And printing gradebooks to re-enter the info is a pain. Especially when my kids all have their email as their khan login so it is sorting them by first name. Silly.

Yes, Khan is great however we (in my district) are forced to use schoology. I have 7 classes all using Khan. It just takes one to complain about have to additionally sign into Khan.

Boy i sure do wish Khan and Schoology would make an arrangement to work with one another. Id hate to have to stop using Khan because there was not an "approved link"

Come on Khan,,, you can do it... my students and I love he app.

I would also love to see an integration with Schoology! It would be amazing to be able to assign a practice set from Khan Academy and have it populate in the Schoology Gradebook!
