I am wondering if you can't see completed student work as your title indicates or if you cannot view their actual answers as your question asks.

To see the students' outcomes you can go to assignments, then scores

To see the answer that a student entered, click on one of the scores for one of the students on that score menu and look on the top-right hand side where it says responses.
