My teacher told me that the ACT is a more East Coast (in terms of the United States) based test and the SAT is a more West Coast-based test. They also told me that only the SAT is approved by the College Board who collaborates with Khan, so that's probably why there isn't an ACT course. Most East Coast colleges ask for either ACT or SAT scores or both/it's optional. Both tests should be available to take nationwide though and if you look up ACT testing you might be able to find a testing location either in a public college or a high school. My high school offers the opportunity to take both tests and if you are in Upward Bound/similar programs they will sign you up for it (in my experience). Again all of this information has been given to me either by a teacher or personal experience and should be fact-checked before coming to any conclusions.
