Currently I have one student who had previous teacher on her Khan Academy account. I have asked the teacher to either archive or delete student from that class (she was in her class 3 years ago) and I still cannot add the student to my current class. How can I get the previous teacher off her account so that I can add myself and so she can get the assignments and lessons I am assigning for her class?

To remove a teacher from a student's account, that student will have to go to the "Teachers" section on their learner homepage.
From there, the student will have to click the "Remove" button next to that teacher's name.

If you still cannot add the student to your class, you may want to submit a support ticket so a member of the team can help locate the issue and find a solution.
