Hi dfitzpatrick, I just found your request, sorry for the long wait.

I looked at my coaching dashboard and assignment reports and experienced what you described. Right now it seems like you can only view the first and last attempts the student made on an exercise, even if they made more than two attempts. I can see how these reports could give you greater insight, and I don’t think it would be too hard to add this, though I can’t guarantee it will be or when it may be.

Can you indicate if this is something that can be implemented very soon? I see that it was requested a year ago, and thought to be valid.  Because we are in a remote-learning situation, this would be particularly helpful.  The best attempt out of 8 for one student is not the same as the best attempt out of 2 for another student.

Checking in on this idea & I totally agree! It would be helpful for me, but also my principal would like to see progress from the 1st time a student tries a test to the last time. I know progress is being made, but I can't quantify it right now. Trust me, this would be a REALLY big selling point!!

To elaborate, we are giving a pre-Unit Test before starting a unit and then a post-Unit Test after completion of the unit. However, when I go in to look at the Unit Test score, of course, I only see their best score, not before/after.

Hi, Jett Burns, please can you explain how to see the first attempt, or has this been updated to only the best score? The data must be there, we just need to be able to access it.

I also agree this would be a great idea.  I'm trying to facilitate an online class using Khan Academy and its hard to give accurate grades.  I also would like to know how to see their first attempt.  All I see is a list of all of there correct/incorrect questions and a number of attempts they took.  It doesn't seem to distinguish between attempts in any way.

Several requests have been made for seeing the scores of individual attempts on an assignment.  Has this been followed up on?  If not, can you at least let us limit the number of attempts that we will accept.  Sometimes I want to see how they do in a single attempt or other times I want them to be able to master the topic by retaking it as many times as it takes.
