Sal, I love your science lessons, but the one thing I think they are missing is a general overview of what science is and how/why it works. Y'all touched on this with the Big History Project but I didn't think it went far enough. Science denial is a really big problem in our society simply because people don't understand things like the difference between a Scientific Theory and what we call a theory colloquially. (for example, "Evolution is just a theory," "Climate change is just a theory") There is a misconception out there about what the "scientific community" is, how consensus is achieved, how a theory becomes an accepted theory, and what exactly that means. I would love to hear you explain these ideas and I would venture a guess that guys like Neil Degrasse Tyson and Bill Nye would readily jump in and help make some videos.
