I have a student who tries to login with Google and it says she already has an account and it asks her to enter a password to claim the account, but when she enters her Google password, it says it is not the correct password. I tried having it sending her a password reset link, but because she has a students.org email address, the email won't get pass our district's protection software.

I also can't delete her account from my Student Roster on my Teacher Dashboard. She does show up on my Student Roster in Khan Academy. I'm unable to change her password as well....help this is an issue I've never had before.
