I wouldn't even care if the points get transferred as long as I can get my mastery in my skills and programs all transfered, and also my length of membership because I have been on khan for over 4 years, but I made a new account on accident...If I could just transfer all my mastery from EhQuestion to CananaMan

I have a student who has two Khan accounts with points in both accounts. Is there a way to combine the points from both accounts. The student does not want to lose any points, especially since we are having a class challenge.

My daughter has done work under my account and I'd like to combine those points and badges with the work she accomplished under her account.

FYI: As it is, the answer appears to be no. There is no way to merge accounts and combine progress/points. There needs to be a method for kids to retain there work when forced to have several accounts by teachers. My children have been using Khan Academy for over 7 years. I have the 2013 patron badge. I have found that my children are very discouraged from working on khan academy for school, since they have millions of points that that work will not count against.
I can imagine a few ways that this could be solved, merging accounts is only one of them. I have tried to think of every reason why teachers would not allow personal accounts to be used, and hope some of these suggestions are more achievable at reaching everyone's goal of providing a world class education to everyone.
1. Student accounts created by teachers could allow students to link their personal accounts to so progress is counted for both accounts.
2. Allowing a student to transfer progress in a single direction from "student" accounts to personal accounts.
3. Encouraging teachers to allow their students to use their personal accounts.
4. Allowing teachers who allow students that use personal accounts to only count progress after a certain date
5. Taking the teachers out of the loop of linking or inviting accounts, by allowing the students to perform the action of replacing the student account with there personal account, and placing an "Alias" in the teachers dashboard

Khan Academy has become so vast, I am sure they possess the skill and the ability to get this done.

I also agree with Adam Miller. My children have accumulated several accounts each over the years, making it a challenge to see exactly where they are in their skills. This feature would be of great benefit to parents, teachers, and students (yay, points and badges!).
