Khan academy is aligned with common core, but takes a more specialized approach to the standards to ensure that students are receiving a personalized learning path to the standard. 

In my classroom, I have found that the missions are very well aligned with common core, and I can even track which standard a particular student may be having difficulties with. 

I teach kindergarten, and frequently make use of the Common Core Map. I even use it as a cheat sheet in lesson planning. It has made life so much easier. Here is the link to it:
