I can't always log in to my account and when my daughter needs to log in, she can't. We were using one computer where it automatically logged her in. That computer 'died' and since then we have been using mine. I cannot log her in AT ALL. It automatically goes to my son's log in but won't log in under his name either. I have got caught in a 'kafka' loop of changing my password repeatedly but I still can't log my daughter in.

What am I doing wrong? I really want to get her back on Khan's as she was doing really well every morning doing some maths and I prefer it to all other homework programmes. Can someone look at my account and help? I'd love to get their accounts sorted for the summer holidays. please.

Hi Ita, sorry you've had trouble logging in to your accounts.

First you need to log out of whatever account you are currently in. Click your nickname at the top right of the page, and click Log out to do so.

Now you are logged out and should be on the Khan Academy "welcome" page. Click Sign in / Sign up at the top right of this page.

Now enter the username or email, and password for the account you wish to log into.

I recommend using a different browser? I had a similar issue, and once I switched to edge, it let me sign in.

I've had the same problem all day long. It's no problem when I log in, but when I log out so that someone else can log in, it won't work. We've restarted the computer and used a different browser...no success.
