American Content

Is there a way to remove American references from the math content? We use Khan Academy for math in Guatemala, but the students there have little reason to learn about American money, for example. 

Grade Levels

Is there a way to hide the grade level of a course? Our students in Guatemala are often well behind the American standard, and it is discouraging for that to be put right in front of their faces all the time.
