A way to see the exact date that a Programming project was published

This site was the first time I got into programming, pretty soon after that course was released, and I want to see the date on which I published my first project. I had projects before that, but I must have deleted them.

I've narrowed it down to between May 13 and June 4, 2012, using the "Updated 9 years ago" feature, but it would be a lot easier if it just showed the date.

In the meantime, I know there are several users who have created tools for viewing more information about programs, such as the creation date. There's an example of one here: https://www.khanacademy.org/computer-programming/i/6152415778373632
