Do you have any tips (not cheating hacks) to get energy points or followers on the help center thing in Khan Academy?

Idk if this post is allowed… plz tell me if is bad and it should be taken off(or you can just flag this thing, but it would be appreciated if you have the time to tell me beforehand).
