Is there a way to leave a class without dropping all classes by that teacher?

There's not a way to do this from your end, but your teacher should be able to remove you from the class that you accidentally joined. To do this, they will need to visit the Students tab in the class that you need to be removed from. Then they need to click the checkbox next to your name and then click Actions --> Remove from class.
