Adding epilepsy to program guidelines

The program guidelines I feel need an addition to them - epilepsy. I've seen hundreds of programs (including a few of my old ones) that include extremely fast flashing colors. Now this may be fine to a certain extent, when they're taking up a large portion of the screen it becomes a hazard.

Over 200,000 people have epilepsy in the United States alone, and as many as 600 people will end up losing their lives each year to it, with things like seizures and brain tumor. 

I am well aware that Khan academy is trying to be more disabled-people accessable. I've done rough math, and figured out that there are about 61,000 people with epilepsy who use Khan Academy. There's bound to be a few of those who wander over to the CS section, see a program with extreme epilepsy, and could potentially have a seizure. I'm being a bit drastic right now, but they could be at risk.
