I can see clearly how Option C is correct but i cannot wrap my head around how Option A is correct...

Answer says that if Q=-6 and P=103, then the equation will result in one equation. Let's test it out!

The equation with Q and P substituted: -6x-6=103x-103. I see what you mean, it might not look like it will result in one solution, but when you solve for x, one solution will appear.

-6x-6=103x-103

-6=108x-103 (I added 6x to both sides)

97=108x (Then, I added 103 to both sides)

x=97/108 (Divide both sides by 108)

When Q=-6 and P=103, you get one solution, which is x=97/108. So yes, Option A is correct

Yup, I remember going through this skill, I thought I could also breeze through it but it didn't work so I took my time and did the work :)
