The interesting way of putting subtitles and learning foreign language

The idea came up to me when I tried to start translating one of the english math videos into russian subtitles and I notice that sometimes when you try to watch the videos with subtitles captured in standart way it's hard to read subtitles and watch the video at the same time. You simply don't follow the actions happening in the videos when your eyes attached (concentrated) to subtitles and vice versa. Because of this a student has to pause or rewind the video everytime this thing is happening. Now If student is pausing the video because of confusion, why student can't do that in purpose?

And the idea is very simple. The beginning of the timeline of every subtitles can be set exactly after one clause has been said or after pauses of speech of a speaker. The ending can be set after one second from the beginning. In other words subtitles will be shown just ONE second and during that second student has to pause and read them. The convenience of this way of reading is that student will see every picture of actions and hear every words before subtitles start off. And when they came student pauses and read them without hurry and worry of missing valuable information (action on the screen and sound). I think this method of setting subtitles will be very useful to students who is actually learning foreign language.
   I only did one sample on one of the russian KA dubbed videos. I did the sample on russian video because it is better to review this method with foreign language (in this case if you learning russian). To see the sample press "add subtitles" in the video (or press 3 dots under the video and press "add subtitles") and choose "English" language. In the sample "English" I placed two languages together. I thought it'll be convenient for learning foreign language.
