Why are the tests 100% or fail?

"Reversed Classrooms" or more commonly "Flipped Classrooms" are based on two truths:

1. A teacher's video explaining a concept is better than a live explanation because a student request to wait (pause), repeat information (rewind), or slow down (video speed) is never embarrassing and can happen over and over until the internet breaks.
2. Old-school Homework (practicing problems) is much harder if your actual teacher isn't in the room with you, by your side, to point you in the right direction at the exact moment you need it!  

Failing is just your mind finding your next opportunity to grow, and by asking for help, you will succeed!

Flipped classrooms can work great on paper, but in reality nothing compares to an actual teacher teaching. I've had many flipped classroom classes and it always seems to end with teacher involvement dropping.
