That all depends on you and your Teacher/coach like you I am learning math myself as it wasn't always my strength I would recommend doing both in parrallel only for the fact you will need to understand things in Geometry that will also be in algebra. As a student and user of Khan Academy remember you are the leader in your learning you can choose what and how you learn in Khanacademy.org so I will ask you the What do you feel you should learn first Geometry or finish Algebra or do it in parallel? I know you will find the answer to that questions ☺
