Not being able to see a student's scores on my computer here at school, but my student sees reports of his results at home.

My Pre-Calculus Student has shown me reports of his scores that he has emailed me from home, but I show no record of those scores here at school on my desktop computer.

I have no idea why I can't see his scores!
