Questions Not Having Questions

Hi, I have been using Khan Academy for 2 weeks now and I must say I am very fond of it! It helps me learn efficiently and effectively! Saying this, I found this one issue when taking the courses Khan Academy has. Sometimes during a Unit Test the questions dont tell you what you need to do. (Example on the screenshot) I do like Khan Academy and if this is something simple and is not a bug please reply to me or contact me with email. Thank you!
