Trig Values of Special Angles help please

I'm in the Algebra 2 trigonometry, on the Trig Values of Special Angles practice. I have gathered so far that I am supposed to use the literal "trig values of special angles" to answer these questions, but I am unsure as to whether it would be cheating to use a special angles table. Am I allowed to use a special angles table? Or do I have to memorize all the values? Or is there a formula for calculating those values?
