Milestone meters increasing but activities not showing on progress screen

My daughter started her new semester in SAT prep class with her 3 on her milestone meter.  She completed 40 questions last week.  It is showing on the meter but the activities are not showing on her progress screen.  Only the 30 she did today are showing in both the milestone meter and the progress screen.  The teacher says since she can't see it on the progress screen than she didn't complete them but clearly the milestone meter is showing them.  How do I get connected with someone that can look at this for us so we can try to see what work has counted for those 40 on the meter we can not see.
