If you're referring to the SAT, you can find full-length SAT practice tests here.

If you're referring to printable exercises for kids, those can be found here, simply follow the links and instructions provided. However, these I believe are only available for Teachers and Parents of kids up to 3rd grade. Currently, Khan Academy doesn't have any printable worksheets for anything past 3rd grade. Khan Academy does however have practice tests and quizzes available in each module of a course related to the topic of the videos and articles provided.
