Add a screen reader option for kids who need it

I teach 3rd grade and I loved to use Khan but sometimes I have students who cannot read the questions. This year, I have near complete non-reader but he is good at math and he is missing out on using Khan. Please add a speech to text feature, we try apps and extensions but strange things get read at times. For example, one app reads 4 as 4 hundred forty four.
