I am sure you get s lot of these, but my answer was EXACTLY the same as the "help" answer, which was:
About Reena and her packages on the elevator, thus:
620-34.7p>/= to 450
that was my inequality, same as the help answer;
5 is the minimum number of packages Reena must remove from the elevator. Well, that was my answer too, but it was flagged as wrong.

Thank you for reaching out! It is worth noting that the best way to report errors is directly on the exercise page. This is the simplest and fastest way for the information to get directly to the people responsible for that part of the site.
This is how to do this:
1) Click the "Report a problem" link at the bottom of the exercise.
2) Select the option that describes the mistake that you found.
This feedback will go directly to the content team where it'll be reviewed.

"Best way" for whom ?
Although I have only used that feature a view times. The fact that there seems to be no response feedback from KA in such reported cases, makes it look like a black hole. Not even a "works for us" dismissal, or any "fixed" feedback seems to be forthcoming from KA in these cases.
Last I checked good feedback practice seemed to be something that relies on a looped communication circle. And if one side fails in that department, the feedback (from the other side) will be effected by that.
KA: Khan Academy.
Alexandre Chami Filho and everyone else - This problem reporting method on the same page as the exercise IS NOT available in the app versions of Khan Academy. It used to be, but in April 2018, Khan made one particularly good change to the app exercise pages but balanced it with several bad ones including the send feedback option.
Brian Higgins - Even if you are using the web version, where this option is present, I suggest instead of using that method or publicly posting it here in the Support Community, use the Report a Problem link found near the top right corner of each Support Community. This will force Khan Academyy to personally get back to you, even if it's a "works for us" reply. I did this several months ago when I had a similar issuewith either a "Try it yourself" or "Concept check" problem in an article. The answer shown in the hints was not accepted as the correct one. Problems to be solved in articles can be skipped, and wrong answers don't count against any type of mastery, so I just skipped trying to get the correct answer. After I reported it, they got back to me and said that the code to check for the correct answer in that problem would be fixed to accept the correct one that matches the one in the hints.
