I was searching for content in mechanical engineering sadly it was not found and as you asked to guide , I believe you can look into the GATE
(Graduate Apptitude Test for Engineering) exam syllabus conducted in India .
I kindly suggest you to please look into this.

Hey, Ben. I know it’s been a year but the Physics Library seems to be packed with physics topics that we mech-eng’s studied. That would probably be a good place to start. Hope that helps.
