Choose topics on Unit Tests and Quizzes

I think it would be extremely valuable to be able for teachers to have the ability to choose which topics from the unit are on the Unit Test and Quizzes.

Pacing is a huge problem for many teachers (with the "depth of math is a mile wide and an inch deep" problem) and for textbooks we have the ability to skip a slightly less important topic within a unit to make time for more important topics in a later topic (or the ability to get to a unit at all). Unfortunately we cannot utilize quizzes nor tests because they always have questions from each of the practice topics.

My idea is to let teachers "uncheck" topics that they were not able to cover for any quiz or test when they are assigning to students.

One problem that this creates is what information to display to students for their unmodified quiz or test score. I think that this should be left blank, but it does show up in "past assignments."

As long as the teacher can see the score of the modified quiz or test score in the assignments tab, that is enough.

In the perfect world we would be able to get through all topics in all lessons, but that is unrealistic - especially for Algebra 1 which has well over 250 topics while other subjects are more reasonable such as Geometry with 142 topics (as of 2/1/19).
