Typing in JAVAScript

Okay so I'm about to finish unit 1. But every time I try typing out just a few characters for some reason it just stops. My keyboard works perfectly fine but after like 2 seconds the program just stops typing. Happened a lot in the python course but it's worse now in the javascript one.
