Comments getting automatically deleted

Recently I asked a question about flagging on the reporting inappropriate content program, I got an answer to the question (they asked for a link) and I sent a comment with the link to the program that had inappropriate stuff in it. I noticed I did not get a response, so I signed out to check if my comment and question sent and it said it deleted (I didnt even do anything to it). I know it automatically hides comments with off-topic stuff in it, but I literally just wrote normal question with nothing bad in it. This also happened before when I tried to help someone with their program, my comments also would not send or just get automatically deleted.

Is this happening to anyone else? Or its just my comments?

Could it be happening because I have special character in my name?
