Over the course of my experience with Khan Academy, I, and many others, have found mistakes in videos. Of course, we reported them immediately in the "clarifications" section of the comments, but I noticed that many -correct- clarifications take ages to get accepted. How often do the moderators/guardians/whoever-is-in-charge-of-that check for reported mistakes in videos?

Thanks for your interest in keeping Khan Academy content accurate and high quality! As you probably know, Khan Academy is constantly expanding the breadth and depth of content, and continually improving existing content as well. The Clarifications system is an important part of that. As you've seen, the review process for those Clarifications hasn't quite kept pace with the tremendous growth Khan Academy has seen in recent years.
Fortunately, Khan Academy recognizes this and recently has been devoting even more attention and resources to checking the feedback and suggested Clarifications across all subjects. I can't give specifics to answer your question about how often the process of checking for reported mistakes occurs as it's more of an ongoing process. What I can tell you is that the backlog is definitely being addressed, and has been receiving more attention and resources.
So please do keep those suggested corrections coming, even if it's on a video or article that seems like it isn't getting attention right now. I know that those Clarifications are getting seen and they are appreciated! If there is a specific section or video that you think should be receiving more attention or has a glaring error, you can also open a ticket here on the Help Center about it. Your ticket might not be directly addressed, but it may help get attention to content errors that you feel are important!
