Praxis: Mathematics: Content Knowledge

I am taking the middle school praxis, having been out of college for almost 20 years I have forgotten more than I remember.  It would be great if you had a course of mastery that helped with studying for this content.

I'm working on this too. ETS ha a hand out how Khan Academy lines up with Praxis I Core Math but nothing for Praxis II Math Content. This is really discouraging. I'm going to do Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Statistic, and Pre-Cal... and on. Any other subject you recommend?
