Soliciting Votes - Exception?

I have seen a few programs on Khan Academy that say “If you enjoy my program, please consider subscribing/voting.” Is this against Computer Programming guidelines? Or is there an exception?

I guess the only reason why an upvote might be better is to get your content featured. I don’t think the T&T does that… but I’m not entirely sure.

How do I change my avatar background on iOS?

How should I change my avatar’s background on iOS? I know you can on PC, but I don’t have one anymore and I’m wondering what I should do.
