Cannot Create Accounts for students

Hi, you could try adding them in two other ways: importing the roster from Google Classroom if you use that, or having them create their own accounts in class and join if not.

It sounds like this was related to a previous technical issue, but if anyone else is still running into this issue, please let us know via a support ticket!

For account and rostering-related issues, creating a private support ticket is the best course of action, since this allows us to take a look at the involved accounts and makes it easier to diagnose the issue.
