So I have been using khan since I was in 6th grade. Actually 5th grade so around 2015 im guessing I started using it. I just was able to log back in to my account and all of my hardwork is gone. no achievements or avatars. What I find odd is how some teachers i was with in 2019 are still on my account but everything else is gone. Does khan just delete data from accounts that havent been used in awhile? Is the data archived and if i start using my account more often data will come back?

Wait wait. was my original khan account on clever or something else instead of google? The reason i think this may have been caused is because i have this no cookie feature turned on in the chromebook i use at school but since the school blocked settings I can disable it to log into my acc so now its weird and i used my pc to log in. Im guessing my pc may have caused an issue. (Windows pc)

We often see duplicate accounts when using the Google sign-in methods since people can accidentally sign in with a personal email instead of a school email or vice versa.
