Why can't I change my username?

I can't change my username for some reason and I need to change it to my name for a class. The edit profile button doesn't show up and the edit username place is greyed out. Just an FYI, this is a relatively old account.

Hi,

Not sure why that's the case. Can you try submitting a support ticket so the support team can have a look at your issue?

Why did it have to be Sal Khan? I mean Sal has an account that says Sal Khan.
