Copy assignments from an older class to a newer class

Thanks for sharing this feedback! I can definitely understand how the ability to copy all assignments from a prior year's class would be helpful for teachers. I've shared this feedback with our team so they can consider this in future updates to our classroom tools.

While it is not possible to copy all assignments to a new class, you are currently able to copy individual assignments from one class to another. To do this, go to the Assignments --> Manage tab in your class. Then, click the actions icon and select "Make a copy". Under the "Class" dropdown, unselect the current class and select the new class that you want to copy the assignment to. You can also edit the start and due dates as needed.
